No computer? No tech savvy? No problem! You can call BC Government at 1-888-355-2700 or come to Municipal Hall and receive confidential tech support from a Finance team member. Avoid the rush, and do it today!
What you’ll need to claim your Home Owner Grant:
• Jurisdiction & Roll Number
• Date of Birth
• Social Insurance Number
Tax Deferment: All applications and renewals go directly to BC Government.
All Home Owner Grant applications, Deferment applications, arrears and property tax payments are due by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
10% late penalty is applied on July 5, 2023 to all outstanding 2023 property tax balances.
