Project Description
A Lounge Endorsement Area application has been submitted for Bowen Cider House at 1125 Grafton Rd. (shown on map) for the development of a lounge area at which will consist of a 117m² indoor area and a 125m² outdoor area. 1125 Grafton road is designated Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) which permits a cidery farm use and a service lounge area.
