Synopsis: Remove parking requirement for B&B

Project Description

A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1308 Hillcrest Road to reduce parking requirements.

The applicants wish to operate a Bed and Breakfast on their property, where no on-site parking currently exists. They have requested to reduce the 2 required parking spaces to zero.

The public is invited to make an appointment to talk to Drew Bakken, Planner 1, about the application.
Municipal Hall is open between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
