Project Description
A Lounge Endorsement Area application has been submitted for Bowen Cider House at 1125 Grafton Road (shown on map) for the development of a lounge which will consist of a 117m² indoor area and a 125m² outdoor area. 1125 Grafton Road is designated Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) which permits cidery farm use and a service lounge area. The application details the hours of operation, capacity and other conditions of permitted use.
