The applicants for a rezoning application at 8 Arbutus Bay Road are holding an open house to share their proposal with their neighbours. This application was introduced to Council at the November 28th, 2022 meeting. The proposal is to rezone their 7.59 ha (18.7 acre) property so that they can create up to 7 residential lots. The proposal includes dedicating a 2.89 ha (7.14 acre) park.
The open house will be held on January 27th, 2023 from 1-3 pm at 8 Arbutus Bay Road which lies just south west of the golf course.
