Exclusion of the Public pursuant to Section 90 of the Community Charter:
Council hereby declares that the meeting to be held at approximately 9:20 pm on Monday, May 8 is to be closed to the public on the basis that the items on the agenda comply with the closed meeting criteria specified in Sections 90(1)(c) of the Community Charter:
Meetings that may or must be closed to the public:
90 (1) A part of a council meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to or is one or more of the following:
(c) labour relations or other employee relations;
