Council will be considering a First Reading at its Regular Council Meeting held at 1:00 pm on Monday, July 8, 2024 to consider Amendment Bylaw No. 652, 2024. This hearing will be held at the Municipal Hall and online via Zoom.

What is this amendment about?

This amendment will create a zone variation to permit an insurance office to continue operations indefinitely at 1034 Miller Road. The amendment was requested by the property owner in order to permit the continued operation of an insurance office without the need of a Temporary Use Permit.

All properties highlighted blue and labelled “VCi” will be affected by the amendment.
