Project Description

An application has been received for 1355 Westside Road to amend the zoning and the Official Community Plan designation of the property to permit 34 modular homes on rented home sites with a clubhouse. This application proposes to place the property into a Comprehensive Development zone.

Municipal staff are reviewing this application before introducing it to Bowen Island Municipal Council at a future meeting.
