Project Description
A Board of Variance application has been submitted for 999 Mutiny Lane (shown on figure) to reduce the minimum side setback from 7.5 m to 1.5 m. The Applicant wishes to build a BNB unit within the 7.5 m setback to avoid removal of 2 pine trees and minimize site preparation.
