What is this amendment about?
Proposed Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 675, 2025 would amend the OCP land use designation of 1360 Mount Gardner Road from Rural Residential (RS) to Rural Residential e1 (RSe1), a zone variation allowing a smaller minimum lot size in order to facilitate a subdivision of the property to create one additional residential lot.
Proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 673, 2025 would amend the zoning at 1360 Mount Gardner Road from Rural Residential 3 (RR3) to Settlement Residential 1 (c) (SR1(c)) which will allow a smaller minimum lot size in order to facilitate a subdivision of the property.
