What is this amendment about?
Proposed Official Community Plan Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 693, 2025 would amend the Official Community Plan by amending the OCP land use designation of the subject properties from Rural Residential (RS) to Rural Residential e1 (RSe1), a zone variation allowing a smaller minimum lot size in order to facilitate a subdivision of the property.
Proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No 694, 2025 would place the properties into a newly created zone variation (SR2 (f)), that would include an average lot size of 0.6 ha, to permit the subdivision to create one additional lot, but no further subdivision.
