Project Description

Council will be reviewing the results of initial referrals to committees for rezoning application RZ-03-2021 and will be considering First Reading of the rezoning application at its February 27, 2023 meeting for 8 Arbutus Bay Rd.

The application is to divide a 7.2 hectare lot into seven residential lots, a 2.89 hectare park and to create common property and a road.
