PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 420 Venture Rd (shown on map) to reduce front setback and increase maximum height for a retaining wall within a setback.
Variance will facilitate the construction of a residential building with access from Venture Rd instead of Cardena Dr.
