A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 288 Smugglers Cove Rd (shown on map) to reduce sea setback to enable construction of a deck extension.

The application may be viewed below (see Background Information) or at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
