for DVP-05-2015 (1111 Senator Rd)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1111 Senator Rd (shown on map) to vary a setback requirement for the replacement of an existing residential building.
If issued, the permit would vary Section 3.16 of the Land Use Bylaw, No. 57, 2002 to reduce a required setback from the sea from 21.9 m to 20.5 m.

The application may be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays) or on the Municipal website.
