Reduction of lot line side setbacks for new garage/workshop

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 310 Salal Road (shown below) to reduce the required setback from 7.5 metres to 3.0 metres.

The variance is to enable the construction of a garage/workshop accessory building on an existing parking area. The reduction in the setback will enable the construction to maximize the existing cleared area.

The application may be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
