A Development Variance Permit was approved for 1195 Fairweather Road (shown on map) to increase the allowable lot coverage and reduce the required side lot line setback.
The proposed house is to replace a previous house destroyed in a fire. The applicant wishes to utilize the existing foundation to the greatest extent possible. Changes in the allowable lot coverage require a variance to rebuild with a similar footprint.

At its meeting on April 26, 2021, Council approved the Development Variance Permit with the following resolution:
