for DVP-2021-0243 (1673 Evergreen Lane)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1673 Evergreen Lane (shown on map) to reassign side and rear lot line setbacks.
The proposed variance would assign the western property line the required rear yard setback of 7.5 metres and would assign the southwestern property lot line the required side yard setback of 3 metres.
