for DVP-2021-0045 (974 Windjammer)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 974 Windjammer (shown on plan below) to reduce the required setback to the rear property line and the required setback to the sea.
The owners of 974 Windjammer wish to replace an existing house with a new house at the same location. The previous house was built prior to the current required setbacks.
STAFF REPORTS:
The application may also be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
