Get Involved as a Volunteer
We need volunteers to help make this event a success! If you’d like to lend a hand on the day, contact Recreation. Volunteers must be 12 or older.
Become a Vendor
Are you a local business, artist, or community organization? Join us as a vendor!
- Community Organizations: (non-profits, causes, interest groups, educators…) Tables are free, and we encourage interactive components to engage attendees and connect with the theme of reconciliation, celebration, and community. Examples: quizzes, games, or challenges!
- Local Merchants: ($20 per table) Showcase your products while celebrating our community spirit!
Please note: all tables are set up outdoors in direct sunlight, and we’re unable to provide tents—please bring your own source of shade.
Food Vendors
We welcome food and beverage vendors! Please plan to use your own coolers for keeping items safe, as we can’t supply power. However, shared access to the BICS kitchen is available for the fridge, freezer, sink, stove, and oven.
Let’s come together as a community to reimagine Canada Day—celebrating our unique Bowen spirit with respect and reflection.
