PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1160 Ecclestone Rd (shown on map) to reduce setback to the sea, increase deck projection into a setback, and increase height of a stairway within a setback. Variance will enable additions to the house and decks to help facilitate aging in place.

The application may be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays.)
