A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 334 Cardena Rd. (shown on map) to reduce side setbacks and the sea setback.
The permit application is for renovation work to an existing home which includes enclosing a roofed porch to incorporate it into the house, building a new front porch, and rebuilding the rear deck in place but slightly smaller.
