SEEKING PUBLIC COMMENT
for DVP-10-2019 (1495 Williams Road)
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1495 Williams Road (shown on map) to reduce the required setbacks from 7.5 metres to 1.28 metres from the front lot line and from 3.0 metres to 1.83 metres from the side lot line for a new house to replace an existing house on the property.
Council will be considering this application at their September 30th meeting.
