for DVP-11-2019 (1460 Eagle Cliff Rd)
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1460 Eagle Cliff Rd (shown on map below) to reduce rear setback to facilitate construction of a house.
The subject lot is relatively small in size (0.07 ha) with very steep slopes. The resulting buildable area is highly constrained to the very northwest corner of the lot, almost entirely within the rear setback.

The application may be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
