Project Description
A Board of Variance application has been submitted for 657 Channelview Drive (shown on figure) to reduce the setback from a lot line that abuts a highway for a proposed accessory workshop. The presence of Cliff Road on the South side of the property requires a setback of 4.6 m, which the applicants have requested to reduce to 3.62 m in order to build on an existing foundation.
