Bowen Island Municipality has received an application to renew TUP-2021-0017 for an additional three year term. Council will be considering this renewal application at an upcoming Council meeting.

Bowen Island Council originally issued TUP-2021-0017 to Rob Purdy and Christine Hardie on March 22, 2021 for a three year term. TUP-2021-0017 permitted 620 Laura Road “cidery” as a permitted principal use, and included conditions including regulating the maximum floor area of retail space, maximum exterior patio space, maximum hours of operation, and parking requirements’
