Project Description

A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1673 Evergreen Lane (shown on map) to reassign side and rear lot line setbacks for a new single family dwelling.

The applicants wish to construct a single family dwelling within a required rear setback area. The request is to reduce the minimum rear setback from 7.5 m to 3.0 m. The minimum side setback will be increased from 3.0 m to 7.5 m.

Staff introduced the application to Council at the January 22, 2024 Council Meeting.
