Project Description

A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1600 Barton Road (shown on map) to permit a new accessory building within the minimum setback from the natural boundary of the sea.

The applicants wish to construct a new Detached Secondary Suite on the property. Their application is to request a reduction of the minimum setback from the natural boundary of the sea from 30 m to 23.11 m for the Detached Secondary Suite, and from 30 m to 18.85 m for an attached deck.
