Resolution re: Exclusion of the Public pursuant to Section 90 of the Community Charter:
That the Finance Advisory Committee hereby declares that the meeting to be held at approximately 9:55am on December 18, 2024 is to be closed to the public on the basis that the items on the agenda comply with the closed meeting criteria specified in Sections 90(1) (j) of the Community Charter:

That the Finance Advisory Committee move to a Closed meeting pursuant to Sections 90 (1) (l) of the Community Charter.
90 (1) A part of a council meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to […] the following: (l) discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].
