Project Description

A Board of Variance application has been submitted for 840 Captain’s Way (shown on figure) to reduce the minimum rear setback from 7.5 m to 0 m, and to reduce the minimum setback from the natural boundary of the sea from 24.1 m to 20.4 m, to allow for a residence to be rebuilt in the same location.
