Lot 7 Adams Road
Project Description
Bowen Island Municipality has received a Rezoning Application to amend the Land Use Bylaw to enable the subdivision of Lot 7 Adams Road into four properties.
An application has been received for Lot 7 Adams Road (shown below) to amend the zoning of the property to permit subdivision of the lot into four lots, with an average lot size of 1-hectare each. This change would place the property into the Rural Residential 3 (c) zone, which permits an average lot area of 1-hectare. Current zoning would permit the lot to be subdivided into only two lots.
Municipal staff are reviewing this application before introducing it to Bowen Island Municipal Council.
