NOTICE of a Closed Mayor’s Task Force on Infrastructure Meeting

Resolution re: Exclusion of the Public pursuant to Section 90 of the Community Charter:
That the Mayor’s Task Force on Infrastructure hereby declares that the meeting to be held at approximately 4:00 pm on March 19, 2025 is to be closed to the public on the basis that the items on the agenda comply with the closed meeting criteria specified in Sections 90(1) (K) of the Community Charter:
Meetings that may or must be closed to the public:
That the Mayor’s Task Force on Infrastructure move to a Closed meeting pursuant to Sections 90 (1) (K) of the Community Charter.
90 (1) A part of a council meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to […] the following:
(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.
Notice is hereby given this 11th day of March, 2025.
