RZ 2026-0014 at 620 Laura Road

Council will be considering a First Reading at its Regular Council Meeting held at 1:00 pm on Monday, July 27, 2026, to consider Amendment Bylaw No. 726, 2026. This hearing will be held at the Community Centre and online via Zoom.

Project Description

This amendment will affect 620 Laura Road placing the property in a zone variation to permit cidery as a principal use of the property. The bylaw will restrict the maximum size of retail space and picnic area of the cidery.
