Public Notice: Seymour Bay Landing Zoning Application

Bowen Island Council will review a zoning application for a Seymour Bay Landing development at an upcoming public meeting.

Committee of the Whole meeting

The proposal (Application RZ-2025-0079) asks to:

Increase the number of residential units from the currently allowed 161 units to 312 units.
Expand commercial uses to create a mixed-use area on Seymour Bay Drive.

This application was first introduced at Council’s July 14 meeting, when Council requested it be brought to this meeting for more discussion and community input.

This meeting will be held in hybrid format with in-person and virtual attendance by Zoom. In the event of the Conference Room reaching capacity, we will offer livestream viewing of the meeting in the Bowen Theatre.
