Your input on the Islands Trust draft Policy Statement matters!

The Islands Trust is updating its Policy Statement, a document that sets out the Islands Trust Council’s principles and its policy framework for planning and land use management within the lands and waters of the Island Trust Area.

The draft includes important changes that respond to today’s challenges and opportunities, including Reconciliation, climate change, and housing.

You are invited to take part by sharing your feedback. Join the online Town Hall on September 10, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm to learn more about the draft Policy Statement, ask questions, and voice your perspective.
