RZ 2026-0014 at 620 Laura Road

Project Description

The Bowen Island Municipality has received an application to amend the Land Use Bylaw for 620 Laura Road. The site is currently zoned Rural Residential 2. The application seeks to permit two additional uses on the property as follows:

Cidery Use

This use is currently permitted through a Temporary Use Permit, that will expire December 2026. The application seeks to include this as a permitted principal use, with the same restrictions as the Temporary Use Permit

Guest House for Agri-tourism

This use is proposed to permit a Guest House, as defined in the Land Use Bylaw, operated in relation to Agri-tourism Activity, with a maximum of 10 guest bedrooms.

Project Location
