Of a Closed Council Meeting

or immediately following the Regular Council meeting

Exclusion of the Public pursuant to Section 90 of the Community Charter:
Council hereby declares that the meeting to be held at approximately 3:00 pm on March 9, 2026 is to be closed to the public on the basis that the items on the agenda comply with the closed meeting criteria specified in Sections 90(1)(e, i) of the Community Charter:
Meetings that may or must be closed to the public:
90 (1) A part of a council meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to or is one or more of the following:
(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality;
(i) the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;
