Project Description

A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 994 Windjammer Road (shown on map) toallow for an increase in maximum lot coverage.

Their application is to request an increase to the maximum lot coverage from 320 m2 to 335 m2. The applicant wishes to build a house with a swimming pool with the existing deck structures.

The application may be viewed at the Municipal Offices in the Community Centre at 580 Bowen Island Trunk Road. The offices are open between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). The application can also be found on the municipal website at https://www.bowenislandmunicipality.ca/planning.
