Project Description
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 994 Windjammer Road (shown on map) toallow for an increase in maximum lot coverage.
Their application is to request an increase to the maximum lot coverage from 320 m2 to 335 m2. The applicant wishes to build a house with a swimming pool with the existing deck structures.
