Synopsis: Allow up to four trailers for temporary workers accommodation.

Project Description

Ledcor Construction Ltd has applied for a temporary use permit to allow temporary worker accommodation during the construction of a house on the property. Council  is considering a permit to allow up to four trailers to serve as temporary worker accommodation during the construction of the house at the property.

The permit would run for the lesser of up to 3 years or until the house receives an Occupancy Permit.

Draft conditions of the permit include a security deposit and a management plan for the operation of the temporary worker accommodation.
