A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 345 Cardena Dr (shown on map) to reduce side and sea setbacks and increase maximum deck projection.
Variance will enable the construction of a replacement house sited further from the sea and eastern lot line than existing.
The application may be viewed under Background Information below, or at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
