NOTICE of a Closed Public Art Advisory Committee Meeting

Resolution re: Exclusion of the Public pursuant to Section 90 of the Community Charter:
That the Closed Official Community Plan Steering Committee hereby declares that the meeting to be held at approximately 11:30am on September 13, 2024 is to be closed to the public on the basis that the items on the agenda comply with the closed meeting criteria specified in Sections 90(1) (j) of the Community Charter:
Meetings that may or must be closed to the public:
90 (1) A part of a council meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to […] the following:
That the Public Art Advisory Committee move to a Closed meeting pursuant to Sections 90 (1) (b) of the Community Charter.
(b) personal information about an identifiable individual who is being considered for a municipal award or honour, or who has offered to provide a gift to the municipality on condition of anonymity.
