PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted by Metro Vancouver for Dorman Point (shown on map) to permit the replacement of a beach access staircase within the minimum setback from the natural boundary of the sea, which the applicants wish to construct on the property.

The application is to request a reduction of the minimum setback from the natural boundary of the sea from 30 m to 2.0 m for the beach staircase.
