PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A Board of Variance application has been submitted for 958 Spyglass (shown on figure) to reduce the rear setback. Vehicle and pedestrian access to the property is along a side lot line on Spyglass Road, and the front lot line abuts Windjammer Road. The variance would facilitate the construction of an addition to an existing dwelling.

The application may also be viewed at Municipal Hall between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
