for DVP-2021-0308 (404 Venture Road)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 404 Venture Road (shown on map) to reduce side and rear yard setbacks.
The proposed variance would reduce the required rear yard setback of 7.5 m down to 1.05 m and would reduce the required side yard setback of 3 m down to 1.05 m as they apply to an existing accessory building.
