Project Description
Bowen Island Municipality has received an application to amend the Official Community Plan and Land Use Bylaw to enable the subdivision of 564 Collins Road to be subdivided into two properties. Bowen Island staff are preparing to introduce the application to Council at the April 22nd meeting and are seeking direction to refer the application to advisory committees.
If Council chooses to advance the application there will be further opportunities for the public to comment on the application, including a formal Public Hearing which would be held before a bylaw is adopted.
