Short Term Rentals are permitted in most zones on Bowen Island, but a business licence is required. Please make sure your business licence has been issued before you begin advertising.
A Short Term Rental includes any paid stay on your property that is less than 30 days whether it includes a kitchen or not.
Advertising means any information posted regarding your Short Term Rental whether Online e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, VRBO, AirBnb or via posters, flyers, mail drops, etc.
