The Fire Danger Rating on Bowen Island is currently set to HIGH

At a HIGH fire danger level, the risk of wildfire is serious. Campfires (including beach fires) are not allowed in public places.

Activities like using chainsaws or large machinery are still allowed, but extra care is required.
