Our 2024-2028 Financial Plan (budget) contains our operating and capital budget, highlights of our work plans, and a 9.5% municipal tax increase. It was presented to Council on April 8, 2024, and adopted on April 22, 2024, following public input, committee referrals and Council deliberations.
